If you are sure they are there, add them. Nobody gets added unless done by a volunteer, as I explained.If you read the FAQs on the first page of find-a-grave you can see how things work.

The stone only shows his name but no dates which they do sometimes when the person died as a young age and or a baby. I added the dates you gave me to the memorial.

I did not find any Varanek in this cemetery. It is possible that it was one of the stones that you are not able to make out anymore or maybe sunken in that I couldn't see it. You could ask the office for the location and I will check if you like.
