I did not find a "Charles Sullivan" headstone. However, there are several that are illegible (I can send to you if you want), there are several broken, and there are 2 with the initials "C.S." and "C.M.S". Based on the area, I think these are the last name "Saums", not Sullivan. Maybe some library records would help.

Hey G, it's possible: I took a photo of very nearly every stone, however I didn't upload most since they already had photos. I'll go through my photos from that day and see if I get a hit.
There is also a very good listing of headstones printed out on a shed on the property. That might help determine whether he is there or not. I didn't take pictures of any stones knocked over face down, and unfortunately there were a few.
Mr. & Mrs. Brauss are buried in Elmwood's Evergreen Section, Lot 306.
