|Louis Roth||Olivet Cemetery requests|
you have not provided a grave location as per the request.
|Topper Fox||Illegible Brant tombstones|
I do cannot add a number of Brant Bowman tombstones because the tombstones are just too obscure either due to age or because of the heavy growth around them.
I am emailing you photos of all the graves immediately adjacent to Saville's which are covered by the same bulbs. In several cases I am sure they are Brants.
I am also emailing you what I think is Charles S. Brant's tombstone. It is too obscure to confirm it and I won't add it to Find A Grave until the Cemetery Office confirms it.
The church is slow to respond to requests for information regarding the cemetery.

There are a number of Bowman's buried there, and are adjacent to the Brants. In fact, you might have a living relative.
Norma Lee Bowman. Norma is listed on a headstone with her husband but the date of death has not been filled in. This might mean she is still alive. I took a look at the Garrett County phonebook and it did not list her however.
Here is a list of the Bowman's that I have taken pictures of their tombstones:
Samuel James Bowman
Norma Lee Bowman
Samuel james Bowman
Catherine E. Bowman
The person's below have been added to Find A Grave:
Charles E. Bowman
Henry I Bowman
Margaret M. Bowman
May M Bowman
Walter C. Bowman
Hope this helps.
The church in charge of the cemetery has left a message on my recorder denying permission to cut away the overgrowth around the Brant graves as I was not a relative.
They did mention that since the overgrowth is bulbs, that after the first frost the bulbs will naturally die off revealing the gravestones.
To that end, I have marked the calendar for Sept 15th to check the status of the graves. We usually have had a frost by then or at the very least cold enough nights to kill off the bulbs.

I have pictures of the entire cemetery, but organized by name not location. I happen to be going back there on the 14th to re-take pictures of some graves that did not turn out. I will take notes then and get you a picture of the entire Brant area.
As I recall there are at least 10 Brants buried near her.
I had to dig through plants to take a picture of her headstone. Deep Creek Baptist Church is in charge of the cemetery.
I am trying to contact them to get permission to cut back the plants on the Brandt headstones to get a better picture. They are not weeds, they are some kind of bulb.
You might also be interested in Edna Brant and Charles S Brant that are immediately adjacent to Savilla's headstone but are also completely covered with plants.
