I'm retired and do a lot of traveling with my husband of 40 years. Am interested in genealogy. My husband is retired from the Union Pacific Railroad and I'm a retired house wife. (ha!)

Hi Linda, Thank you so much for the photo on Casey Scott Lefleur... I notice on the photo you took it had a clear plastic protector on top of the headstone. Maybe because it was brand new... But is there any way for you to go back and retake the photo, maybe the cover will be off now. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Sal

I don't need another photo, Linda. But thanks for offering. :)
I just wanted to verify what I thought the headstone said.
Thanks again for taking it!

WOW, I'm surprised you could even read this stone. It's so sad that it's in such bad shape. Thank you so much for getting a picture.

Thank you so much for taking this photo! It is a great picture. I'm afraid I will never make it to Kansas, although I would love to!
Can you verify for me that Alexander's headstone reads "Co. B 81 Reg. Ill Inft."?
Thanks again! :)
