|I am new to find-a-grave but I am not new to genealogy. I am researching the following surnames in SC, GA, and NC areas:|
Frost, Parham, Knighton, Horne, Garner, Livingston, Johnson, Gregory, Kendrick, Lowe, Mabry
Belue, Harkins, Turner, Harris, Cope, Knighton, Langston, Billings, Gault, Scott, Fincher, Inman, Palmer
and more.... Whew! I will be posting memorials in the near future. I am willing to assist anyone who is looking for information on the families above.
I wish you all the luck in finding your ancestors. Blessed be!

|Nancy Vise Walsh||RE: Parham|
Anytime just ask.
|David ~ Effie||Ellen Foster|
I received your request for Ellen Foster and will transfer. Please don't change the cemetery because Bethel & Old Bethel are the same. It changed names several times over the years and there is a road in the middle of it. Find A Grave has merged them to prevent more duplicates. I did research on it before I made my memorials there. It is across the street from a Methodist Church that is in no way affiliated with the cemetery.
Have a wonderful day!
|Bill Rushing||RE: Horne's|
My Horn/e connection is primarily in North and South Carolina. My grandmother [Addie Elizabeth Horn] is the daughter of William James Horn and Martha Ann Kirkley. Eli Kirkley is my Great Great Grandfather. My grand mother married Robert Franklin Rushing, the son of Richard Dickson [Dixon] Rushing and Martha Ann Hendrick my great grand parents on the Rushing side.
William James Horn is the son of Thomas Horne and Ephriam Horne.
If this fits in to your tree, let me know and I will send you more tree information.

Frank Garner is also my great great grandfather. His son by Mary Kendrick, Earl Kendrick Garner was my great grandfather. Earl's daughter with his wife Mildred Foster Garner, was Ruby, my paternal grandmother. What is your relation with the Garners and Kendricks?

Thank you so much for locating and photographing the stone of Mattie Puckett. I am thrilled to see it still exists and is in fairly good condition. This was my grandfather's first wife and when I was young I went with my mother to check it, but over the years had left Union and could no longer find it.
