Rick Darby
Rev William Walton
Hi Judy

I see you posted a message that you descend from Rev. William Walton.

I also descend from him, as he is my 10th great grandfather. I have a facebook page if you ever want to send me a friend request. I will be starting a Walton Genealogy page soon on facebook as well.

Have a great weekend. And I hope to hear from you.

Your distant cousin, Rick

I noticed your inquiry of Ada Miller on Find a Grave.
I'm a direct descendant (great grandchild). I'm happy to share information if it helps.

RE: abigail gloyd
Judy,
I only took these photos because the cemetery is in such bad shape - completely overgrown and hard to find anything. I started taking pics when I wasn't sure if I was even going to find my family and thought it might help others.
My husband went one way and I another. There was an area near my Gabriels that I thought he had taken pics of and visa versa. With that said, I think I saw your Abigail Gloyd in that area and neither of us took a pic of it. Not sure why. I think we both thought the other took one.
Anyway, if it is the one I am thinking of the grave is over by the ridge above the stream just a little up the hill from the Cleveland plot which is fenced in and easy to spot.
If I get a chance to go back up to NY, I will try to photograph more graves. I would run over now but do not live in the state.
Here is a link to the cemetery list. Maybe they will take that as a source since it seems like they took the info from most of the tombstones themselves.

Good luck,
Kathy
