This is concerning William Cook 1830 -1916 buried in Liverpool PA, Union Cemetery
First off I'll be that guy... Aug 22 1916 minus 86 Years 6 months and 26 days is January 27 1830 thus the census is actually correct.
William is my 3x great grandmothers brother according to my family history. I believe his father is buried in the same cemetery, James Cook d. 1877. I am looking for the burial place and death date of his mother Elizabeth Cook nee O'Neill. I didn't know if there were any cemetery records for any unmarked graves. She most likely would have died in the 1870's.
Are you related to William? Do you have any history you could share? I have some on the Cook's and O'Neill's but a lot of it sounds like family legend... I haven't been able to corroborate most of it. What was true is James' son William moved to Liverpool. My 3x great grandmother is living by him in the 1860 census... Celinda Hummel.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for your prompt reply, I've added the photo of Joseph Thomas.

I have taken a photo of the tombstone of Joseph Thomas. The dates are 1819-1896, he has a GAR star beside the stone. I noticed the birth year is different from what you have. Is this the Joseph you are looking for?

Hi Dennis -
I went to Oak Ridge today but could not find a grave for Wilson Irwin in the location given in the cemetery index. Where it was supposed to be were two Irwins - William U, MD (1863 - 1929) and
Susan E. (1871 - 1935). I will go check the cemetery index again, but wanted to see if either of these Irwins is related to Wilson. I did photograph both.
