I was going through old email and realized I hadn't thanked you for your response for William. Even though the cemetery no longer exists, at least I can quit looking. Thank you for the effort in locating his grave.

RE: Augustus Sanford Long and Rachel Emma Knox Long
Hi Rebekah .. Sorry, I have no further information. I posted their death certificates - I got them from familysearch.org. Augustus Sanford Long is my second cousin 3x removed, so I haven't done a lot of research on him. For the obituaries, you might have to find out where you can access them on microfilm.

RE: Augustus and Emma Long Family
Hi, Rebekah! I passed your message along to a cousin who is more closely related to that branch of the family. Take care.

You are welcome! It was interesting to see I had just taken a photo of his parents in Washington. You are a real detective!

Welcome
Hi Rebekah,

Thanks for the note. Welcome to Find a Grave!

Maybe we'll eventually find some of these Beardsley's final resting spots.

RE: Hi Rebekah
Hi again Rebekah. Thank you so much for helping me with the cemetery identification, etc. I think I'll get it all sorted out! Yes Ruth's maiden name is Nicol. Her husband, Bill, was my first cousin. The last I knew she was living at the Hartland of Marysville. Her granddaughter is Crista Anne Miller (parents Barb and Ron Miller)who is living at Ruth and Bill's old house on Catalpa Court in Marysville. Barb and Ron live on Watkins Road in Marysville.

The closest I get once in awhile is when I travel to North Lewisburg to visit the Friends and Butcher Cemeteries there. My g-g-g grandfather, Harmon Limes, is buried at the Quaker (Friends) Cemetery on Winder Street in North Lewisburg. Thank you so much for writing all you have and for your helpfulness, Rebekah!!!

RE: Olive Crocker Smith
Hi again Rebekah,

Copying below your message to me.

On page 393 of the OGS 1803 - 2003 Ohio Cemeteries book for Pike Township in Madison County: "Bigelow-Chuckery-Burgher-(Boerger) "About .5 mile south of SR 161. On west side of Weaver Road. Then there are the Coordinates and "W. - Plumwood." Now maintained and owened by the OH Dept. of Natural Resources, Div. of Natural Areas and Preserves as a prairie.

So, this is where Marie Smith is actually buried. Since I've never been there exactly I am just clarifying.

I am not familiar with the name of Thiergartner, however, I do have Limes living in and around Marysville and Columbus, Ohio. In Marysville, my cousin Bill Limes was there and he died in 2008, but his wife Ruth survives. Their daughter, Barbara Miller and her family run the Natural Accents Flower shop in Marysville. Their other children are Doug, Richard and Bruce Limes, so you may know them. Thank you! If you find Olive and/or her husband Philip please let me know!

RE: Olive Crocker Smith
Hello -

Yes, this would be the same cemetery that Marie Smith is located in. It is in Pike Township of Madison County. It is just barely over the county line from Union Township, Union County.

I can check there for Olive as well. Have you checked the Smith Cemetery as well?

Also, I live on Lombard-Chuckery Road. Small world, eh? I know several Lombard descendants.

Are you related to the Thiergartner family? I am just asking because I have heard of the Limes surname before.
