Deb Hayes-Wolfe
Brewer family Jackson Michigan
On Mary (Langdon) Brewer buried at Highland Cemetery. It states she is Jarius Brewer's 2nd wife.

And yes, I'm very confused.

Didn't I already take this one and he didn't have a marker?

I called the cemetery today and they have Wade, Martha, Lawrence (passed in 1937), and Floyd (passed in 1961) Watts.....all in the same plot

RE: Ernest Anderson/Margaret Lahey marriage
that IS some bucks back then....I don't even make that now, lol.

I went to the cemetery today and need to get some plot maps. Ernest and Emma, I think are in an Anderson family plot but not marked.

As far as Wade Watts, I can't tell where he would be based on the map and his known location. He's in lot 53 of block F in section 3. The map has such small writing and the only blown up map is on the wall in the old tacoma cemetery office. He's not in until Thursday, I think.

stopping by Old Tacoma

the person in the office at Old Tacoma has been pretty much 95 percent at the New Tacoma Cemetery office. Since the same company owns both cemeteries, he works primarily at New Tacoma. I can get to New Tacoma at some point to see him. I think, though, that he's in the office at Old Tacoma on Fridays.

I remember that I once pulled a plot map for their plot and I remember seeing the names in my head...but I can't remember if it was Anderson or Lahey.

RE: Margaret
All very very intersting. I think that the Wade H Watts III in OR is MORE than a coincidence....just like the marriage record you found for Margaret Lahey and Ernest Anderson in makes perfect sense because Victoria isn't that far away and it would explain why I couldn't find a marriage record in WA.

Emma's maiden name is: Emma C. Hakauson / Haukanson / Hakanson.

I get this from the marriage record for her and Ernest. And the different spellings are all what it COULD be based on the writing. The Haukanson is just one that I have seen in Swedish passports at work.

Ok, just to clarify....

Margaret Watts-Lahey-Anderson

How come she's Lahey on the marker? Is it because she was married to Mike longer and had children from him? (which makes sense...but a headache for some researchers, lol)

Emma Anderson
I was trying to figure out HOW she fit into your family and I just figured it out. She was Ernest's first wife. Then, when Emma died in 1906, Ernest married your great grandmother...almost right away. She and Mike had had 2 children: Leroy and Wallace, right?

What was the relationship between Margaret and the Meservey's?

When did Mike, Margaret's 1st husband, pass?
