|Loretta (Willis) Rainey-Fones||RE: Sarah Rinehart|
Glad to help.
|Loretta (Willis) Rainey-Fones||Sarah Rinehart|
Hey again, I'm going to fill your request for Sarah, but wanted to add that she shares a stone with her husband, James, her daughter, Susan "Susie" and her (Sarah's) son, William A.T. Rinehart and his wife, Mary Katherine. In case those are of interest to you. I feel as if I know this family by now. Sarah's parents are in Coloma and I unearthed her father's stone. Her sister, Naomi (Sterne) Glover, Dirks is in Ebenezer. Naomi's husband, Daniel Glover is buried in Texas. Her second husband is buried at Walnut Grove near Wakenda, MO. AND..., this past summer, I found three of Naomi's children (a young daughter and infant twin sons) buried in a cow pasture, marked by a single stone..the only stone in the pasture. It's heartwarming when they can all be linked together. "Each Day Counts", Loretta

You are very welcome.
Hi there! I took photos if some Bakers today for you, but was unable to find the 1880 two you requested. I know I've seen the stones before, but looked and looked today with no luck. I do however have the news paper write up on their murder if you're interested let me know. The Louis I found today was born 1867, not the yr you requested.
|Loretta (Willis) Rainey-Fones||William Sterne|
I've posted 3 photos. The first one was taken before the dirt and grass was removed. I will take another photo on my next visit, as the stone was still damp and does not show up well, along with the gloomy day it was today. The stone reads Date of death as August 8, 1868. 153 years ago on this date.
|Loretta (Willis) Rainey-Fones||RE: You are a great contributor!!!|
You're welcome. I've found William Sterne. Will try to get it posted shortly. It wasn't the easiest to photo, you'll see why.
|Loretta (Willis) Rainey-Fones||Margaret Sterne|
I'm going to fill your request for Margaret here in a minute. There is a stone beside hers, which I would assume is her husbands, however it's nearly covered with earth and grass. The rain ran me out, so I will have to get back to it.

|Carolina Grave Hunter||Naomi Catherine Dircks|
Naomi is buried at Ebenezer. Loretta has been working on getting 100% of all headstones photographed at Ebenezer and adding memorial pages if they do not have one.
She created a page for her which as I see now, would be a duplicate page.
I have sent her an email letting her know what has happened since Naomi doesn't pull up on a search due to the way her last name was entered on her page. You may want to add her additional married name right after her middle name Catherine, then only put Dircks in the surname space so that other researchers might be able to locate her.
Once you move her to Ebenezer, Loretta will upload her headstone photo for you.
Please let me know if you need any help.
Thank you very much,
When taking photo of Macie Stern Hoover's stone, I noted two Stern stones just in front of Macie's grave. They had the names Lottie Leola Sterne, 1908-1909 and Mary Ethel Sterne 1909-1911. If you should want these, you can make a request. I didn't know if you were researching only Hoovers. Blessings, Judy

|Judy T||Macie Stern|
I finally found Macie Sterm with the same birth and death dates as Macie A. Stern Hoover; wife of Arnold Hoover. If you do not want this stone entered on the memorial page you have for Macie Stern, please let me know at email Tdale55@aol.com as I will be taking the pictures on Monday, June 10 and enter them Monday evening is the plan.
