RE: John Nelson
You are very welcome.
And yes, John is very easy to find. He is right inside the cemetery using the west entrance.

Hi Steve
You will remember me from ancestry24 - I have the tasking of getting over 1000 000 images to be added to findagrave - if you know of any volunteers I would be really chuffed.
Me and 4 other people took us almost 4 years to photograph almost every grave at Matiland until just about gate 3 - not safe but live 4 hours away from town now.

If you have permission for this to get a picture of no one will be able to get a picture for you. I tried for another person this spring and the church won't let me get a picture so the person that had a request removed it. Just to let you know how this is handled.

RE: Ora Virginia Merritt gravestone photo
Thank you so much. I really appreciate all you did. At least there were employees available when you were there, but we were in town for a memorial service on a weekend there was no one around. It would have been helpful if they had a map posted on the building with the locations as we did have some location information, but couldn't locate any markers to find the correct areas.

Ora Virginia Merritt gravestone photo
Thanks also for the photo of Ora's gravestone. I was amazed to discover relatives of my husband's buried in Virginia as his family is mainly from North Dakota and western Minnesota. Do you happen to remember what direction this grave is from the main building? We looked for this grave also while we were in Virginia this summer but again it was on a weekend. (I am originally from Britt.) We fed more mosquitoes than anything.
