Russ, that is great; thanks! (Maybe you could suggest an explanatory note in the bio...?)

Incorrect Photo # 100621796
Hello. Thank you for trying, but I believe you have just posted an incorrect photo on Sarah Lillard Bradley's memorial.

As far as I can tell, you have used a photo of her husband's headstone, which is already posted on his page.

Please, if I am correct, could you remove it. I would appreciate it, since I am the one who put in a photo request for it.

Thank you,
Jeri Ferguson Jahnke (#47634630)

Mary Darbyshire #153448038 (3rd message)
Hi again,

I have found George Darbyshire's death date. After Mary died, he immigrated to Ontario from Liverpool, England on 13th August 1921, and was living with his daughter, Martha Lowe and family. He died 24th August 1924 in Lakewood, Peel, Ontario. I have not found a FindaGrave burial for him or his daughter, or her husband, Joseph Lowe. Jackie

Mary Darbyshire #153448038
Hi Russ,
I have been doing some more research on Mary, She was born 28th October 1852, West Leigh, Lancashire, to John and Ellen Worthington. She was Baptized 5th December 1852 Hindley, Lancashire. Her father was a Shopkeeper at the time of her marriage to George Darbyshire (sometimes spelled Derbyshire). The marriage took place at St. John the Divine 1st January 1871. They ran a Fruiterers shop in Pemberton, Lancashire at 326 Warrington Road. (She was living at number 393 Warrington Road, Goose Green, when she passed away, probably with one of her children.) They had nine children altogether, five lived, four died. Their son Peter, born 12th March 1885 in Pemberton, immigrated to Ontario, and is buried in Pine Hills Cemetery, Scarborough, Ontario, Find A Grave # 118622446. Other children born to Mary and George were Ellen b. 1872, John b. 1874, Martha b. 1879, and William b. 1883. Two of the children that died in infancy were Robert b. 6 March 1876, died same year, possibly same day. and James b. 7th July 1888-d. 29th Dec. 1888. I have not found George's death yet, but if I do, I will let you know. Jackie

Mary Darbyshire #153448038
During my search for Darbyshire Ancestor Records I found the entry for Mary Darbyshire's burial in the records of St. John the Divine church. She apparently was born in 1851, no other details. As I don't know if she was a spinster or married to a Darbyshire, I couldn't find anything else. She was the only person of that name buried at that time.

Even though her gravemarker is not updated, I verified with the cemetery office that she is indeed buried there next to her husband.
