After reviewing the pictures and my facts I realized the picture was really for Josephine's aunt with the same name. I don't suppose you noticed if there were any more stones buried there.

Sorry to hear that happened. I think that person overreacted and should have not been rude. I actually do not live in the state where this cemetery is so I can't really complain because I did not witness this.

I understand why cemeteries don't allow this but as for new records being added I am not sure how Find A Grave will keep its name now if grave photos are not allowed unless families request it which I am sure many people won't get permission by families.
