RE: John Dearing
I will try again when the snow is off the ground. A group of us looked and looked last year--the office said it was there but we couldn't find it. I think I should go when the staff are on hand in the spring.

Carr, Nancy Meenam (1824-18?)
Hi John-

You've put up quite a few memorials of my ancestors. Thanks! I came across your record for Nancy (Meenam) Carr and just wanted to give you an update re: her death date. I have her on the 1885 Iowa State Census living with her children Susan, Mary, Catherine and Charles.

If/when I find more info I'll pass it along...

Maurice Roefs
Dutch family Bongers II
Hi,

I made a mistake, our common ancestor dates from 1774 (and not 1798).
In the meantime I did some research in the digital Dutch archives and have found the birth certificate of Theodora Lammers (1828), the wedding date of Antoon Faber x Anna Hegeman (1854). He was a widower at that time, so it was his 2nd marriage.
Just let me know if you are interested!

Greeting again!

Maurice Roefs

Hi,

My name is Maurice Roefs and I live in Holland. One of my grandmothers is a Bongers.
To tell a story short, we are related. Our common ancestor was born in 1798.
I would like to get in touch with you to share and exchange information.
I hope you are interested and will get in touch with me.
Greetings from the Netherlands,
Maurice Roefs

PS: to show that I am serious you can visit my websites
www.mauriceroefs.nl / www.familieroefs.nl
On the first website you can find information I have on the family Bongers

Keokuk Faber's
You have posted photo requests for Katherine, Peter, and Henry Faber in Oakland Cemetery, Keokuk, IA. They don't appear in the cemetery transcription from the 70's or the index of burials at the Keokuk Public Library. Do you have a source for their burials or a plot location? There are some small white stone slivers next to Anthony and Anna Faber but no identification.

Paul Rolfe
Mary Graney
Are James F. & Ula Jane Granay related to Mary? Different spelling I know but they are located in Ridgewood Cemetery, which is beside Memorial Park, so I thought I would ask. I entered memorials for them if you are interested.

Rudolph & Barbara Senn
Hi John,

It looks like we are cousins! Rudolph and Barbara Senn are actually my great-great grandparents. But I would be happy to add any links or information you'd be willing to share to their memorials.
