RE: Birth certificate
Somehow I just found this reply you sent last year. Fascinating stuff! Would love to find out where/when Thomas Davies Rogers died or if maybe he just found a new family. ha ha. Annie Villiers.. what a trooper .. lived a good long life. Dad and I enjoyed the photos you posted of Clarence too, my grandfather. I had heard from Bessie that he was bad with money, would give away the shirt off his back and loved to bring home stray animals. Ever get any personal details about him from your Wannamaker relatives? Wish I could have met him. I just have a 2 week trial on ancestry and have just reached dead ends on all my existing research. Enjoyed seeing that the Keefauver line goes back to 1650, Johannes Jacob "Keifhaber" to a villages of Shiersfeld and Schwabish Hall.... beautiful places!

RE: Birth certificate
Thanks so much for checking. After I messaged you, Dad mentioned that you were the one who had been so helpful with all the estate stuff for Duane. I was so amazed to have photos of Elizabeth K, Clarence Sr. and Dad, side by side, and see the resemblance. Wow! I'm hooked on genealogy. I had been spending a lot of time on the Plumley line because the Rogers line seems to dead end in England/Wales mid-1850s, but I'm still poking around. Thanks for checking for birth/death certificates for Clarence Sr. Dad was able to find his marriage certificate to Bessie, and I found his death certificate online, so I'm making progress. Thanks again! Dana ;)

Birth certificate
Hi Marjorie,

Clarence Rogers is my grandfather by his 3rd wife, Bessie Plumley. I'm doing some research for DAR membership and have been asked to produce a birth certificate for him. (My father is CE Rogers, Jr.) I don't suppose anyone in your family would have such a thing? Billie Ball is my half aunt by Clarence's 2nd wife, Nora Condra. She may have it, but I thought I'd try you first... thanks!

I just noticed that in your post you mentioned that Sarah is your GG Grandmother. I may have information for you. I believe she is the sister of my 2x Great grandfather John Franklin Archer. If she is, I think they were adopted or at least raised by the Redding family but as far as I can tell they were Archers by birth. If you would like to compare notes you can email me at the link on my page. I really hope it is your family. I haven't found many people looking for their other brothers and sister. I have Ambrotype photos of her father if it is the same family! :)

I wanted to ask a question the dates on the memorial page for Sarah Caroline Archer Crownover #93630023 do not match the photo. I was wondering which you feel is correct. I have been looking for information on this family for so long. Thanks for adding these. It is a big help.
