flowers with notes
you just click on the flowers and a page will come up with options...one is to delete. Unfortunately, no option to edit, so if you want to write another note, you have to just delete the existing one and make a new one. Thanks much!

Heny Clay Elliott Turner
Hi KAthy, we discussed this before and I was wondering if now you might consider taking off your flowers note that the information is not accurate. ?? thanks! They are buried together in same plot.

Elliott-Turner
I was trying to piece parts of the puzzle together. Please check out my revised notes on Henry's memorial. If you agree to leave that way then you might want to remove your notes about being inaccurate. Don't want to confuse others even further. If you learn of anything else, please let me know and I'll do the same. It takes a village!

familysearch.org
you can also find Jane Elliott's death record on familysearch.org and it lists her as single in 1908, also at Riverview. Also, if you look her up on the 1850 census living in Brooke household Wilmington, you will see she has her 2 year old son Henry C. born Del.

Henry Clay
does anyone really know who his biological father was? and was his mother actually Jane Elliott. I know he appears on the 1860 census with Brooke T born England and Elizabeth who appears to be his spouse born Pennsylvania and a Jane Elliott is listed on same census age 30 born Ireland. So is it 'suspected' that Jane had son out of wedlock that Brooke Turner adopted. What then happened to Jane Elliott? I strive for accuracy also. Will change my flowers note.

RE: Suicide of Benjamin Arthur Small
Hi Katherine! We also went to Pennsylvania in 2010 on a genealogy trip, and we heard this story from Aunt Nellie (Custer; Bill Small's wife). I didn't know there were multiple versions. She told us that Benjamin had worked his kids really hard, so when Bill had a heart attack and then Violet died, he thought it was something he had done. But my granddad Cloyd told us that things had been going badly on the farm and Clara moved into town without Benjamin, so it seems to me that's just as likely an explanation. I would be curious to hear what other versions you have heard if you don't mind. Also please let me know if you have any additions/suggestions for his memorial. I want the information to be as complete as possible, but at the same time I want to keep it respectful.
