I have added Frank's headstone picture. Take Care
Today I was able to take a picture of Ruth Tripepi and noticed next to her was Frank "Pops". I also took a picture of his headstone. I noticed you did not request his photo, so I will check to see if there is a memorial for him and if not will create one. Take Care
Grady, google search Mt. Washington Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio. Scroll down to "Mt. Washington Cemetery, pages 1-5, Cemetery Index", click on that link. Then at the top of the page will be a "search" link, click on that. Simple after that, just search any last name. Good luck, Steve B.

If you wish a headstone photo, you will need to call the cemetery and obtain the burial location Section, Plot, and grave.
Then please update the Find a Grave Plot info with it.
Otherwise.. There is little chance of finding it.

Your welcome :). I was happy to find them. I understand what it's like to find loved ones that we never had the chance to know. In those situations, a photo can mean so much. They rest in a very peaceful, well kept cemetery.

Please use the EDIT tab on the memorials to send changes. It is so much easier for me to prioritize all the changes I receive.
thank you so much.

You requested a new photo be posted to his memorial due to the poor quality of the photo already posted. I posted a new photo for you to see on his memorial which has the dates and name very legible. You will be surprised to see he was born the date you had thought he died. There are several unmarked or empty graves between him and the other Owens buried in their family plot. Glad I could help you!
