I am researching all of my ancestors and I am a member of "Friends of Lone Pine Cemetery" a Washington State Historic Pioneer Cemetery where my great grandmother, Sarah Bowen Blue is buried. I am also a member of "Sons and Daughters of Oregon Pioneers". Most of my ancestors came first to Oregon by way of the Oregon trail.|
My Plan is to focus on families of persons buried at the lone Pine Cemetery plus building virtual cemeteries of descendants of my great grandparents: Irwin, Bessey, Blue, Cochran and Ramsey.

Looks like we share the same great grandfather x 7
Not sure when the BESSEY became BESSE.
Have had alot of fun exploring the lineage back to this point.
My grandmother born Mae Victoria BESSE 1898-1965
Happy Trails to you......
I checked at the office and they didn't have a Jeanette Day, after some investigating, I had her listed under Jeanette M. Springfield Travis Corey. I went ahead and deleted my file and added her stone to the file that is Jeanette Springfield Day.

Jim: Section 15 at Fairmount was a Pauper Lawn, maybe 5 or 10% of the graves have markers. I poked around the plot with a screwdriver but could not find a stone.

Thank you SO much for the grave photos of Myrtle and Elmer Ackerman! She was my grandfather's much-younger sister, and a maternal family member I'd lost track of fairly early on. But I happened upon their graves as I was looking for completely unrelated paternal family members who are also buried in M-F IOOF (Jenkins and Harman families).
So it was a thrill when I stumbled across their graves, and a delight to have photos of them! Thanks again so very much.

Thank you for adding the picture to the James and Nancy Valentine Memorial. Thanks Again, Austin Valentine Jr.

Hi Jim! I examined the burial map of Turbotville cemetery and Isabella is not listed there. There are, however, two "Browns" separated by a large empty piece of land. . . perhaps Isabella's grave is not marked. I'm posting THAT photo - her husband, Emmanuel, is buried on the right side. Thanks!!

Would you mind removing your photo as I have added an updated one. Thanks, R
Thanks so much for the photos of the Hodge's headstone. Patty

Thanks for taking the time to take the photo. Will you add it also to her husband Donald? Looks like they were both preneed when Betty added them.
Thanks again! Rosalie
