I have been working on my family since 2001, I am especially interested in my Simmons roots in Mid-coast Maine and Massachusetts. I am a member of International Society of Genetic Genealogy (ISOGG), and Genealogical Forum of Oregon (GFO).|

My pleasure. I was looking up info in the cemetery's burial list for another person requesting photos, and looked for your entry while I was at it. Good luck!

You had posted that you were looking for a grave site for a William Ashton in the Doylestown Cemetery, Doylestown, PA back in September. I looked at the burials list for the cemetery, and that name is not listed. Here is a link for that list: http://www.doylestowncemetery.com/cmsadmin/uploads/deceased-list-9-01-15.pdf. Best wishes.

|Donna Chandler||Nira Chandler Hammond|
I went to Bayles Cemetery and took a photo of Nira's stone for you, but don't know how to attach it to this message (I am new to findagrave). Nira and many other Hammonds are located in a single row that starts almost dead center to the entrance and goes clear to the end of the row. Nira is the 2 or 3rd grave, I believe.
|Richard K Thompson||Simmons at Lockridge cemetery|
You are welcome for the Simmons photos that I took and posted at Lockridge cemetery. Those were the easy ones for their inscriptions are fairly identifiable. There are several 'other' suspected Simmons in that part of the cemetery but those inscriptions even in the early 1960's were almost illegible and attempts to transcribe them were, at best, guesses. The names and/or dates are now, in 2014, virtually eroded away and so I'm hesitant to post a couple of the photos since the identity of the people isn't certain. That's why the rest of the photo requests have not been filled, yet. I'd rather err on the side of 'certain' than 'best guess' at this point, but will be going back to the cemetery this week and take another look in other sunlight to see if the inscriptions can be better photographed.

Thank you for the great photos of Ted's headstone!
I have transferred the Hiatt memorials you requested to you. To make it easier for the Contributor, in the future please request a transfer from the edit button. It saves a lot of switching back and forth. I live in a rural area without a fast web connection. Catherine
