I just checked memorial #96089863 William Chope and it still lists 1899 as year of death.

The Chope family was easy since all were on one monument once I found it. I looked at William's memorial page and see that you have not changed his dates, so the headstone date does not match what you have posted. He would ha have been born in 1836 and died Dec 3, 1860. It's interesting that Thomas & Ann's children died in 1859, 1860 & 1861. Makes you wonder about the cause of death.

I posted the photo on Williams, but the death dates are different.
His inscription is on the south side with Mary & Ann.

Frances,
I went to the cemetery today and found the Chope headstone. On the east side is Thomas & Ann, the north side is Thomas Jr, the west side is "Addie" and Baby daughter of Thomas & Adda, and on the south side is William who died Dec 3, 1860 aged 24 Y's 8 M's, Mary Dec 16, 1859 Aged 20 Y's 1 M and Ann Mar 11, 1861 Aged 17 Years.
It lists William, Mary & Ann as children of Thomas and Ann,
Your request for William is a 1889 death year. Did Thomas and Ann have another son, William who died in Dec 1860? I will not post the photo to your William's request until I hear from you.

howdy- did you happen to notice the caption that I included with the photo?

the others buried here are Stroupe, Conti, Lang.
btw, Steve Silver of Beach Blanket Babylon fame is buried in the next Lot # 277
