|Kathryn||RE: James D Martin 81806337|
I looked in both the cemetery books for him but he is not listed there. But the stone is there. Since I listed the grave three years ago and don't remember where I got the dates, I have changed them according to your wishes. Sometimes it is difficult to really know the facts when things happened so long ago. Kay

Thankyou for your fast response -I was wandering because my youngest sons father is a dorman and was researching his side.
Hi just notice your last name is Dorman and I was wandering if you are related to Dorman's in Texas. I have a Bobbie Shaw in my find a grave and she was married to a Dorman and I have the obit posted with her and was wandering if you were related? Thanks,Wanda

Sorry this has taken so long to answer.
The Charles Crouse that you are asking about is my
great-great grandfather. He was married to Jane Martin. Both are buried in the Washington blvd Cemetery in Williamsport, Pa. His parent were Andrew Crouse and Mary Setler. I know some information on the Crouse side. I don't know about another Charles Crouse buried in Orangeville Cem.
I will be happy to send you the info I have if you send me your address.

there are actually two cemeteries in Laurelton- Laurel Rune is one- the other- is no longer in use- but directions from Laurel Run- make left at post office and then make a right at (first??) intersection and the other old cemetery will be on the right-

Oh my sorry, I did not answer your email sooner. I was on hiatus ;)
Laurel Run Cemetery is on the east side of town/Laurel Run. Not sure what direction you live. If coming from where Rt 235South starts off of Rt45 (old Laurelton Center)Head towards the center of town(south) where the post office and 4way stops are located. Turn left(east) onto Laurel/Weikert Rd. One block, there is a bridge crossing Laurel Run and the cemetery is on the right after the bridge. It is a neat, little cemetery.
The original church was replaced by a brick structure in the mid 1800s and is now a single family dwelling across Laurel/Weikert Rd.
This is the only actual cemetery in Laurelton. The others are outside of town. Laurelton is only used as a reference point because one must travel far between miles to the next actual town.
If I can guide you better or look for something, let me know.

Hello David - The Lauren Run cemetery is off the road by the post office-Near the new Community Center. Who are you seeking- I already have a bunch of photos from there.
|Carl Catherman||RE: Laurleton, Laurel Run Cem|
David, to get to Laurel Run Cemetery, start at the intersection in Laurelton where the post office is, go east on Laurel Rd. It's just a short distance to the bridge over Laurel Run. The cemetery is on the right just after you cross the bridge. If you send me a direct email I'll give my phone number so next time you're in the area you can call me.
