First and foremost I want to say a big "THANK YOU" to all of my fellow contributors for the countless hours they have dedicated to Find A Grave.|
Greetings !!! My name is John and I am an absolute fan of this website and concept of a community of people getting together and producing a product such as this. I had contributed many hours to this project and taken Union Cemetery in Forest City, MO as a personal pet and have tried to fill in blanks where I can.
Currently, I have two projects going:
1)I am trying to put a full birth date and death date with each stone
2)I am putting up obituaries and profiles for each individual.
Any help and/or corrections that you can offer are always greatly appreciated. I check in daily and corrections/additions are made pretty quickly.
Hopefully, you have found something of personal use on one of the memorials that I have added/maintain. If the person is family, I will transfer. If there is a picture/obituary or any other information than you can use, by all means you are welcome to use it.

John, believe we are shooting for the first of April. We are actually going to start working in there tomorrow, just not officially opened. We are probably going to be in there every Wednesday, from 9-3.

Hello. I was wanting you to transfer a memorial for me. Memorial number 96809891. This is my mother's grandfather. Your help would be appreciated. My Memorial number is 46957321.
John-you are right, do you want to copy that information to Lewark before I delete it?

Hi John. Regarding your message:
"Thank you for the information on Arthur Hulser, but can I ask where that information comes from?
I have always been told the he was from around Peoria, IL, but can find nothing other than state of birth information on census records.
Secondly, is Arthur relation?"
No, I'm not a relative. This info was from the WWII draft registration card that he filled out in Apr 1942 (the so-called "old man's draft"). I've been indexing these records for familysearch.org and, when I have time, I sometimes check on FG to see if I can provide additional information from those original records. Unfortunately I've already returned that batch of records otherwise I could provide you a copy for your files. At some point, hopefully soon, his record will be available for download from the familysearch.org site.
Hope this helps,

I am wondering if you could look into this memorial for me.
I believe this is the son of Willard Paul Bledsoe and Susan Carroll Dick however the info I have on Joseph Bledsoe (s/o above) does not match what is on the memorial.
I have no documentation for my info thus the reason I am looking at this young man.
Would appreciate anything you could add.
Thanks so much for the work you do on Find A Grave.
