|I am the daughter of Avery J & Thelma Winchester who are no longer with us. I have added their info to this site. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I find working on family geneaology an invaluable form of keeping our families together forever. Family research provides us with a window to the past. We can find out who our ancestors were and perhaps connect with living family members that we would not have known about. I am a Paralegal and have long work days. however if you need a photo taken from Michigan I would be happy to get that done for you on the weekends.|

The marker simply states:
Floyd H. Foster
F2 US Navy
World War II
Seems like a good possibility if he was in WWII. Lakewood is a puzzle since the only one I found is in the Norfolk area which is nowhere near the cemetery. Maybe he died in a VA hospital there since Norfolk is a big Navy town.
The record number is 78327735

I was looking into open photo requests and found that Mr. Foster's memorial had a photo. Just wanted to make sure you were aware of this before I request that the photo request be closed.

Wasn't sure if Carl was related.
