|colorwheel||RE: Conrow Request|
THANKS! for looking...Stacy Conrow has an interesting history. Fought in the Civil and Mexican American Wars. His death was a suicide~ he hung himself in his father-in-law's carriage shop. He was a shoemaker when the world was quickly industrializing so Stacy's business failed & he & his family had to move in with the in-laws. I imagine it was a bit of a disgrace. His brief obit in the Burlington Mirror says he was "an intemperate man."

I am not related to the family. I attended the church for years and my mother and brother are resting there. When I first posted their memorials I noticed there were not many posted for St. Pauls. So I went to work getting as many as I could posted. My goal is to return family to family if possible, but if nothing else I do not want these wonderful people lost to the world. It was such a small church when I went there, just the part where the steeple is and one wing for the Sunday School. Everyone knew each other.

Christina thank you for all your help with St. Paul's.. I always loved walking thru when I was young. I think you mixed your pictures up for George Greenwald and William Greenwood. Please take a look. Also if you are related to anyone I have posted, I would be happy to transfer them to your care.
