Hello again, if you got any pictures in Parnell that are better than mine, please add them to the memorial and let me know and I'll delete mine. It was about 5:30 pm when I was there and I was shooting into the sun on a lot of them and the details got washed out. Thanks!

Hello, I found the cemetery on Google satellite view using your directions, and was able to drive right to it. I had been within 1/4 mile of it several times; you mentioned Rollin Blaydes road and that rang a bell. It definitely is in Adair county but you have to get to it from Metcalfe county. I photographed all of the stones that were legible. Thank you for your help!

Hi, thank you for the reply. Those directions sound like the way to a lot of the cemeteries we've visited in the quest for picture!
I'm pretty familiar with the area, and I recall seeing the Rollin Blades road. I'll try to follow your route and see where it leads. When I get close enough I'll start the door knocking if that's what it takes; I've found that most people with these old cemeteries on their property usually have family in them and they are pleased that somebody shows an interest in their ancestry.
Thanks again for the assistance, if I have any other questions, I'll email you directly.

Hello, I'm trying to locate the Parnell Cemetery in Adair County. I see you inserted a gravestone photograph there in July of this year.
Can you please give me directions to this cemetery? I've been all over the Milltown area and haven't found it, and if it's on the USGS map I sure don't see it.... Thanks!!
