RE: Need your help!
Sorry, I am not willing to give you my email address. You can send me info on a suggestion but if it involves going to Maysville Cemetery. I do not have time now since I am working.

RE: Edson Snyder
Hello Michelle, From his obit I have a DOB of 12/20/1843 in ILL. His DOD was 1/29/1924. Interesting that they got the cemetery wrong, but then newspapers haven't changed in that regard, have they?! Hope this info helps - Dean Knudsen

RE: Edson Snyder
I am confused about where Edson Snyder is buried. I see I have listed him buried in the Fairmount Cemetery and I did not find a grave stone in the Riverside Cemetery but he was listed in the cmemtery directory at the cemetery. Both of these cemeteries are in Lamar. I have found several mistakes in the cemetery directory, but I see there is a site that lists Civil War deaths and he is shown buried in the Riverside Cemetery and the death dates match. I am sure I found the grave stone in the Fairmount Cemetery. I don't live in Lamar so can't check it out as to where the stone is located. I found another site that listed him and the death dated matched and it gives his wife as Abbie, says he was born about 1844 in Illinois. This is about all I find on Edson Snyder. Good luck in your search.
