Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing genealogy for several years now; I love to put together 8 or 9 generations for friends and family and gift them for Christmas or birthdays.

I find as I get older, and so few of my relatives are still living, that the memorials of my family get more important. I am so grateful for this site that has allowed me to touch a small part of family that I will never meet this side of Heaven.

Hi, I linked a child to them. Anthinette C Lippert. Disregard an earlier question to you via Sophia's memorial. Thank you, Kathy

RE: LippertMarker
I've seen some BIG purses, but, nope, don't think much'd be left of one that was used to drag off a granite stone ~ :^) I've seen several upright military-type markers that looked like people hit them with hammers to take pieces for souvenirs...quite a few others with only bases come to think about it...and many that seemed to have been damaged by equipment. I know of old cemeteries that have had lots of vandalism...Saint Bonaventure had someone go through and wreck havoc on quite a swathe recently...so did the cemetery in Randolph a couple Halloweens ago, but Allegany seems more remote from highway and quite odd to get damaged on purpose as there are houses and a school close by. Mr. Lippert could've had a tall monument that fell over?

RE: Lippert
The caption under Mr. Lippert's picture explains that the base with missing marker is the position of his grave...sorry...wonder what happened to it.

Pasquale Roncone
I added the pics for Pasquale and Angela. Also, I created a memorial and added a pic for James E. Roncone (d.1923) who is buried with them.

RE: Elizabeth Fikes
Mona,

Would you like me to transfer the other Fikes stones that I photo'd to you?

Do you want me to transfer these memorials to you? I took the picture of the stone, while in that section of the cemetery looking for other burials, and added them to Find A Grave. They are no relation to me. Kathy
