RE: William Percy Lawler
Since I discovered there were two profiles of the same person, I reviewed my genealogy file & determined I should delete mine, which I did. The owner of the most detailed profile, including family members is Jessica Irish, #128250266. You might want to contact her re: the photo you have available. I'm sure she'd love to have it on her profile. Thank you for you inquiry, Steve

RE: William Percy Lawler
Sorry to take so long to respond, but have had no internet service since Friday; I'm not related to Lawler, but rather to the McFarland & Giles Family of Boothbay/Boothbay Harbor. Notice there are now two profiles on WPL so when service returns will contact owner of 2nd profile to determine who should delete their profile; then get back to you, thanks for inquiry. Steve

RE: Curtheal Black
I am with the local VFW Post and organize all of our veteran's programs such as veteran's day and Memorial Day, etc.. Back in September 2012 I started looking into how many Shelby County veterans that were killed in WW II were either still missing or buried in an overseas cemetery. I found there were 38 of which Curtheal was one.

I began a series of articles titled "Almost Home" that appears in our online newspaper, Shelby County Today and our local newspaper "Light and Champion".

My goal is that no veteran or group of veterans ever be forgotten. I hope you can put me in touch with his relatives that may be able to add to his story. I know his parents are Mr. & Mrs. Chester Black and he came from the James Community near Center, Texas where I live. I've also got the history of his sub.

Your help would be most appreciated.

Curtheal Black
I am doing research on this WW II veteran, Steward Third Class Curtheal Black. I see where you posted a photo of him and of a sub. Do you have any other information on him. Thanks

RE: Reabuck family in Northumberland, PA
I'm sorry I am no help whatsoever--I just found him knowing he was married to Blanche Long Gelnett who was the family I was connected to. :-(
