I was born and raised in Buckley, WA and graduated from White River High School. I am currently trying to rid the Buckley Cemetery of duplicate memorials and trying to update and get pictures for the memorials started by Sharon # 46871736, a Fallen Graver. This has become a huge task, but so many of the people buried in this cemetery are family, friends of my parents, and friends and classmates of mine. So many fond memories of so many people.

RE: Eli and Lillian McCain
Hello! :)

My great-grandfather was their oldest surviving son, Lawrence Elliott McCain. By the time that Eli and Lillian left for Washington, Lawrence was already married and on his own. Which is why my part of the family is still in Nebraska.

Any information that you might have would be helpful. I do have a little bit of information I know that there are still a few cousins that still live around Bartley Nebraska, where the McCains and Housleys lived before they went west. She had very few pictures because of a house fire. If you have any pictures or names and dates that you would be willing to pass along, they would greatly be appreciated.

To my knowledge, Ruby McCain is still alive in Missouri. I believe she is the last one of that generation left.

RE: William Otis Morgan
ok. They should be together, Mildred and William Otis Morgan. It's Mr. Bugh that I haven't been able to find. Wouldn't have even know about him if not for Mildred's death records being Mildred Bugh. I'm sure this is Mildred Barber Morgan Bugh that married William O Morgan. Thanks!

RE: Mildred Barber Bugh
Yes, they are the same. Sorry if my message was confusing. Her death notices are "Bugh" but her marker is "Morgan." You are probably correct that family made this decision, since children are Morgans. Her Social Securty Applications and Claims Index shows her as Mildred Hortense Bugh born 02 Jan 1914, died Apr 1992. Her parents are Clayton C Barber and Louyeada Yates. Lou Ada Yates Barber was a sister of my great-grandmother Isabel Catherine Yates. So I am positive, we have the correct person. I also want things to right! Thanks!

RE: Mildred Barber Bugh
Do you remember if William Otis Morgan is buried next to Mildred Bugh? William O Morgan was her first husband. She married Bugh later. Her social sec death index shows her name listed as Bugh in 1982. I have not been able to find anything on Bugh. If you dont mind would you post your photo of Mildred's grave marker to her memorial. I know there is already a photo, but the quality is not very good. For some reason the photos that Sharon took at this cemetery turned out pinkish. Again thank you!
