Manford DeVaul
Check out the middle initial and the 9 in 1904 on Manford's marker. Pretty funny.

I started a memorial for Paulne. I have her birthdate as 1916. That makes her a lot older than he. Is that correct?
I will look to see if I have a different picture of the bench from another year in my collection.
I am not from Nebraska so I can't return to the cemetery any time soon.

Is your grandfather Leonard Francis?
I do have a picture of a bench with Pauline' s name but didn't see a stone but then I didn't really look for one.
I will put up a memorial site if it is Pauline Francis, wife of Leonard that we are talking about.

RE: Thank you
You are most welcome! I use that site all of the time. I usually let the requests for Oak Hill pile up for a while, then print out a list, do some research, then go out there and take pictures.

Let me know if you need any more.

RE: Smiths at Oak Hill
You are most welcome.

Incidentally, your request for the Fords may not be filled. Bartow Genweb has them listed as Marker NF, although the records indicate that they are in plot 154 in section 12. See here:

http://www.gabartow.org/Cem/OakHill/cem.OakHill_12.shtml

I can go check, but my experience is that Genweb is pretty accurate in this case. Sometimes you have to go look at the 14-16 sections, however, as the cross referencing can be off.
