I began my family genealogy in 1992 when an elderly aunt asked us to take her to a Friggle family reunion. At that reunion was a gentleman from California who was adding to the Friggle genealogy. We bought a booklet of what he had amassed over the years. Then, the communications ceased and he disappeared. I felt that this valuable data should not be lost and so I purchased Family Tree Maker and entered all that he had. Since then. I have been able to trace my Mother's Friggle line back to 1696 in England.
My wife and I have photographed several cemeteries in Centre County and Union County plus numerous individual family headstones. | |

Please feel free to use the info I added. I know who you are and have you on my tree, since we share some ancestors. My grandfather was a Hoffman and my grandmother was a Martin and I know a great deal about my lines. Fleet is from a totally different Huffman/Hoffman line and is not part of James and Mary Ann Ghost Hoffman's bunch, nor is he of Daniel's line, where you and I share ancestors. People have gotten his father, my 3x great grandfather, Jacob F., confused with James and Mary Ann's son Jacob, but I have everyone linked up properly on Find a Grave.
