Although you may use photos I submit for photo requests or post to your memorials as you wish, I do not grant anyone permission to use ANY photos or information contained within any of my personal memorials without my expressed permission.
I came to this site for the purpose of conducting family research and organizing this research into a grand memorial to honor my family. It was intended to be something that succeeding generations can come to learn about their ancestral past. It is my gift to my family.
I have extended the focus of the memorials I create to include friends, family, and people with whom I am somehow connected. Along the way I will create memorials for others and upload photos to memorials as well, especially for veterans and those trying to do their own family research. Hopefully I may be of some help to someone. If I create such a memorial and you, as a family member, make a request for a transfer I will gladly transfer the memorial to your care no questions asked. After all, it's your family. You should be the one to determine how that person is memorialized and remembered.
I live a few blocks from Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City. I enjoy fulfilling photo requests for this cemetery, and often scan Find A Grave for memorials for persons buried in HNC that don't have grave marker photos. If you have a special request for this cemetery just let me know. However, bear in mind that I consider calls to the office and researching burials to be the responsibility of the person wanting this info.

 | RE: Baratta You are very welcome. | | | Tony Chiofolo
 | Ron I don't know if you still live close to Holy Name Cemetery. I am still trying to discover all my Grillo relatives within that cemetery, I don't remember asking for photos to be taken but noticed you did and I am greatful. Do you have a list from that cemetery that would show any other Grillo's there. If so, I would be greatful. | | | Tony Chiofolo
 | Belated Thank you. I'm not sure if I thanked you for your time and effort to take my family the "Grillo's" tombstone photos. Our family truly appreciates it. | | | Mahala Foster
 | Many thanks! How did you know Dale? Not many know his nickname from the Naval Academy. He was buried at sea from his last command the USS Mauna Kea. He was a wonderful person; a beacon in stormy seas.

 | ARTHUR MEYERS IN L.I.N.C. Hi, Sorry this one took a while. The grave # originally on his memorial was wrong. That put it on the other side of the section. (It was 3824, should have been 6824). I made the correction and added pictures for both Arthur and his wife Elizabeth. Have a good one...GlennAdded by GLENN on Mar 28, 2013 8:21 PM | | | John Cameron

 | RE: Dates Grave Ron, I have made numerous trips to Holy Name Cemetery tracking family graves. I have found about 16 of them. I haven't been able to get there in a while with my new work hours, so I appreciate you taking the time to help me out getting the last few pictures I need. I do have 3 more photo requests with the plot locations if you get a chance to go back. Thanks, Joan | | | | [View all messages...] |
