John Hoak # 20037601
Regarding your request on John Hoak. Are you related to Mr. Hoak? I'd be happy to transfer this memorial to you, if you'd like.

RE: WIlliam GIlpin
Hi :) I am related to the Cummins family but not sure right now if we share an ancestory...could you send me the memorial number for William Gilpin so I can look up that memorial. Evidently one I didn't add myself so not sure on that one right now either since the name doesn't ring a bell. My curiosity is peaked though!

Charles David
I have a listing for Charles Davis in the Oak Hill Cemetery. It is from the Jackson County Cemeteries, Volume 2, by the Jackson County Historical Society. It has his birth year as 1855, so please let me know if I need to correct this. Also found a listing for their daughter Mollie Davis.

Can you send a link from the memorial. I can't find the memorial you are referring to.

RE: Re: Ruth Harrison Nelson
Yes, the whole cemetery has been documented. I'll check my listings for nearby cemeteries to see if Daniel is there. I eventually will have everyone entered on Findagravethat I have, it just takes time.

RE: Ruth Harrison Nelson
It's not Daniel's stone that is broken, it's Ruth's (or "Routh" as it is spelled on the headstone) It says on the stone--- "wife of Daniel Nelson". That's all I know. If he is buried in the same cemetery, his stone is gone, or he never had one. Sorry.
I'm not related to these people, I am on the local Cemetery Commission and have been entering graves on Findagrave that I have recorded.

RE: Charles Perry
No, I am not a relative. I just walked part of that cemetery and took pix of the stones. I don't remember who I transferred the one grave to. She requested it and must have said she was related, but I don't remember the communication. --Janet

RE: Cummins Family
I don't have a Julia Cummins in my tree right now but I do remember there are lots of Cummins in Ohio mostly settled close to the Indiana border...thinking a town even called Cumminsville or possible Lower Cumminsville or Cummingsville.... Good luck in the search and if I come across anything on Julia I'll get in touch!
