Bio and Links
I use FindaGrave mostly for family research. I add memorials of family members when I have enough information to do so and they do not already exist. I believe it is important to document the memorials of our ancestors with biographical info, photos, and family links. I very much appreciate those memorial managers who use their valuable time to add bios and family links.

Photo Question
Hi Daniel (Danny?),

This is Michele, Brad's daughter. Years ago you were kind enough to share tons of research with me when I was starting out in genealogy in high school.

I've been seeing all the great photos you have posted to various Harrison relatives. I was just curious, in this digital age, do you have more pictures online somewhere? If you ever do, can you share a link with me? I'm seeing photos I never knew existed thanks to you!

Have a great day,
Michele (Harrison) West in Pennsylvania

Cornog information
Hi Daniel,
You left a great deal of information about Mack Cornog on another contributor's page. This contributor is not responding to any requests for transfers or edits. Is there any way you still have that information you could send to me? This is my family and would very much like to add it to my family records. Are you related to the Cornogs? If so, that makes us family! I am very interested in where you obtained the information, as I am having trouble finding a lot on this line. I am going to create all new records of the Cornogs listed in Spokane Cemetery (Spokane, Mo) since the transfer requests have not been made. While I don't care for duplicate records, it is unfair to family members wanting to share information with others and can't because edits and transfers won't be done.

Thank you in advance!

God bless!

RE: Harrison's

Honey, you sure keep busy! Thanks so much for the info. Two days ago I told my grandson to look at the tree and maybe have his wife take over soon. I've been told by a few doctors recently that I don't have long to live. I told them I'm too busy to die yet! I have a crazy stubborn attitude that drives my family a bit crazy too! But I'll try to do what I can as long as I can.
Aloha, Margaret

RE: Harrison's
Thank you so much for your time. I work on the Harrison line (when there's time) with a friend Betty Henderson who lives in Florida. She is also "one of us" and travels to check out the original records of the family. Where would you like me to send the photos to you as I can't do it on this site? Do you have a tree on If so you could see them all there.

Aloha, Margaret

RE: Harrison's
I know who you mentioned. He and I have crossed paths before. BUT I'd be glad for you to check out my tree. I have 2 on 1) Margaret Harrison Gibson & 2) Ohana Search. It is the 1st that has the most info BUT got too crazy for me to follow. It has the most photos I think. In order for you to see it they say I need your email address. Rather than posting it, just send it to mine

I'd like to keep in touch if that's OK..

Aloha, Margaret

RE: Harrison's
Hi There Dan,
YES, we are related! Ben b. 1812 had a son Wm.H.H. b. 1841 who marr. Lavina Skinner. They were my g.grandparents. Their son Geo.M. marr. Vida & their son Wm.H.H. was MY father. Do you want me to release my tree to you so you can check it over and see "if" I got things a little mixed up? I have photos of both my g.grandparents in it with my dad and uncle.

Aloha, Margaret

RE: Harrison
In regards to the two Adkins, I think there were just so many of them, they had to have two cemeteries. :) We probably won't ever know why, but it does get confusing. I've left an edit for Margaret Gibson to contact you about Winifred/Winefred's duplicates. I'll let the two of you work it out, and meanwhile I will be either moving or deleting the 7 that my sister posted in error to Little Adkins. With that accomplished, Little Adkins will be cleared up. Happy Thanksgiving Daniel. "Each Day Counts", Loretta

Hi Daniel,

I'm Margaret Harrison (Gibson) and need HELP to figure out who my g.grandfather was and if he was the Harrison b. in Carroll,MO that I'm sure he was. I've been working on my "tree" for years but have that big question unsolved. Yes, he did end up in CA where my grandfather was born. I have photos in my tree. Please get back to me when you have time.

Aloha, Margaret

Thanks Daniel, I'm not related in any way, as most of the memorials I make in this area aren't either. It's just my passion to link up families and honor those who've gone before us. I was going to wait til spring to work on this, but couldn't help myself and spent late last night and most all the morning working on Little Adkins and trying to get it as correct as possible. I took photos of every visible stone and compared, or posted, then notified others that there might be the possibility that their memorials are, like the Harrisons, posted in the wrong cemetery. Have a Blessed Thanksgiving, Loretta

Wm Henry Harrison
Hi Daniel, we've spoken before in regards to Wm Henry Harrison and his wife Winefred. My deceased sister had posted William to Little Adkins/Adkins Family Cemetery in Carroll County, when he should have been in Big Adkins. I have requested management of my sister's memorials and as soon as I get the word, I'm going to delete her memorial # 14591084. I've contacted Margaret, who made a memorial for his wife, Winifred/Winefred, also to Little Adkins incorrectly. I've moved my photos for Wm to your memorial and requested that Kathy move her photos for both, to your memorials. I've been wanting to get this corrected for some time now. Just thought I'd let you know, and many thanks, Loretta
