Hattie & John Nichols
I live about 50 miles away from Galesburg, but my Dad's family is from there, so any research I want to do takes me back there; I might as well take pictures while I'm there, huh? It's an interesting hobby. I'll look around for the top of the stone. They usually just get pushed aside - they don't go too far.

I guess that could be "1943" above her name - his death year. If you would like to manage Hattie's memorial, I'll be happy to transfer it. I'll check around the stone next time I'm there and see if I can find the top half lying around anywhere.

I changed Hattie to Linwood, hopefully with her husband. Do you think the top of the stone that is broken off was his part of the same stone?
