|Kathleen Clemence||RE: Edits/Updates|
Enjoy your vacation with family! This can wait until you get home.
However, maybe you are not aware of the new "edit" feature on Find A Grave:
To review edits that have been submitted for memorials you manage, go to your 'Contributor Tools' and click on the 'Edits' tab (upper right on your profile page).
The edits awaiting your approval will be listed with a link to the memorial page, the public name of the contributor who submitted the edit and the date it was submitted, and the information currently in the field and the suggested updated information for the field.
There are the options to Accept, Decline, or Ignore the submitted edit. If you Accept the edit, the changes will automatically be made for you and the person who submitted the update will receive an email confirming that the edits were made. If you Decline the edit, you will need to select a reason why you are declining it, and the changes will not be made the person who submitted the update will receive an email with the reason why you declined it. If you Ignore the edit, it will stay in your queue for your later review.
Hope this helps. And, again, no worries - enjoy your family time.
