RE: James Wood
Danny, my husband does not know that he is related to James Wood; he is related to the Wood family from Arkansas. He simply photographed the headstone, and added James' information from the cemetery to find-a-grave. He has photographed in several Georgia cemeteries on his travels through the area.

I'm putting his stone on today and you may want to upload his picture again and use the 'PHOTO' button instead of the grave button. thanks

RE: Spivey Cem.
Danny, If you look at the map, it literally is "in the middle of a corn field"!! It's hard to spot unless the fields are fallow. Then it appears to be a small area of overgrown weeds. Hard to access as part of the road has been "washed out". North/South of Richard Wright Road, a good 1/4 to 1/2 mile into the field. the road that looks to lead right to it is probably the dirt road that has a chain across it. Linda

Brushy Creek Church
The location of Brushy Creek Prim. Bap. Ch. is easy. At Ocilla, GA take Hwy 129 South toward Nashville - About 2 1/2 miles you'll see the church sign (if you're headed south you'll turn to the left on county paved road) - on this road you'll soon spot church on a hill (road will dead end onto church road). No way to miss it. Good luck & happy "bone hunting". Wear good shoes - it's a huge cemetery - enjoy!!

That cemetery is on my great aunt's property. He is also my cousin and all in the cemetery are my relatives as well. My family lives all along there on Dobyns Road.

From Sarah
You are welcome. I should have said daughter instead of son in my earlier message.
