Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am researching my Burnett, Francis, McMurren and Cox families. Mainly in MA and NC.

I would love to have an obituary with a photo of Samuel Edgar Francis who died January 17, 1941 in Boise, Ada, Idaho.

I live in San Bernardino, CA. There are three cemeteries here that I can try and find a grave to take a photo of. The address is.

Mt. View Cemetery
570 E. Highland Ave.
San Bernardino, CA 92404

Pioneer Memorial Cemetery
211 E. 9th Street
San Bernardino, CA 92410

Montecito Memorial Park
3520 E. Washington Street
Colton, CA

You are very welcome. Celebrate Volunteerism!!!
The blank marker behind the flowers is the backside of a marker in Row 1.

Duplicates... Suggestion
On your Profile page... click on the "Search" box without putting anything in first or last name fields
All 311 memorial you have entered will appear, 40 at a time.
Then you will see all the ones without a LAST name (perhaps Maiden name was entered instead)
and also all the Duplicates.
I hope this helps.

Her maiden name is Woodland. She was the step-daughter of my 3rd great-grandmother. May I use her gravestone photo in my Family Tree? I will gladly give you credit! Thank you, Terry

RE: Eli Parker
Dionna, none of those names match for this particular Eli Parker. I am unaware if there may be another Eli Parker in the cemetery.

Hi Dionna,
I actually just moved away from the area, so I'm no longer able to easily get photos at that cemetery. Did you add the photo request to Mount Hope Cemetery?

RE: William McMurren
I did not grow up here, but I have been living in Camden, NC for 10 years. I just took about 400 more photos in Old Oak Grove Cemetery today and am in the process of adding the names and uploading pics. I just added a photo to Lenora McMurren and Ida Lynox, and I think I came across another McMurren or two. I hope they help you. Jen

I cannot answer your questions. I have never had the privilege of serving.

However:

Louis Armstrong was once asked, "What is jazz?"

He answered: "Man, if you gotta ask the question, you ain't _never_ gonna understand the answer."

I suggest one of two things:

(1) Ask a soldier.

(2) Contemplate John 15:13.

The reason I added his page was that I have a particular interest in Chatham County, which is where my mother was from, and the reason I took the photo of his marker was that I also have a special interest in the history of North Carolina soldiers during World War I.

Let me know if you have any more problems!

Happy Hunting!
