Sarah Calderwood (Sacramento City Cemetery)
Thanks for your question about Sarah Calderwood. I have linked her to her husband Job and found a couple brief items referencing her passing in 1919 that I have added to her bio section. According to the Sac City Cemetery listing there was a headstone, although I did not see it when I was there a year ago, so just added a photo of the family plot (67-526) where she is buried with her husband and several of her children. Will take a closer look for her marker when I am there again this fall.

RE: Capt. Jonathan Crockett
First of all, there was a slight typo (now corrected), and the date of the article should read 22 Jan 1846 (obviously after the accident, not before). That information is taken from the Crockett Genealogy by Charles S. Candage, which does not give any other information. I know that Charles and his wife Ruth published some records from the local newspapers through Picton Press in Maine, but I don't have a copy. You might try the Maine State Library or local library in Rockland.

Elizabeth Merrill Titcomb at W. Newbury, Mass.
Memorial# 69152036

Thank you very much for providing/clarifying the information on this memorial. I am sending this memorial to a genealogist friend of mine on the West Coast now to see if she can fill in the remaining uncertainties.

Happy graving!,

I transferred Joseph. It's been awhile since I've been on Find a Grave so I had to check out how to request how to transfer :).
All you have to do is go to the memorial, select "edit" tab and then select "suggest any other correction or addition". Then you can just type in your request to transfer. That way I have the memorial number and your member number all in one email. Have a good day.

I don't mind transferring any of the Peatfields that have been transcribed in this cemetery or other family members that you find. Just go to the memorial page and make the request from the page and I will transfer :)

RE: Wagon Wheel Cemetery?
This was the name my Uncle gave for where he was buried. I do not live on the east coast so can't check myself. I would assume this is the old ame for a cemetery there. The Vinalhaven Historical Society would know for sure...

William Henry Crockett
Thanks. I took the dates from the Crockett genealogy (1989) and Heard genealogy (1987), both by Charles Candage, a descendant of both families, a long-time supporter of the Ash Point Cemetery and now buried there himself (I believe). However, the stone is pretty clear, so I'll change the record. Thanks again

RE: Wagon Wheel Cemetery?
This is the information I was given by a family member. I have never been to the cemetery myself. Many regards.
