I have been a family researcher since I was discharged from the Air Force back in 1966. Right after I was discharged I moved back to New York State, the home of my birth and started hitting the local cemeteries, the Fulton County Office Building in Johnstown where I searched all the New York "STATE" census records, the Deeds, Wills and marriage records. I couldn't believe my luck which I had on SOME of my lines while others remain a brick wall. No matter how long I do this there just doesn't seem to be any end insight, yet. I decline to give permission to use my photos that I have posted for any reason which includes for resale, for profit, or to upload to a different web site.|

Sorry for the delay. I'm related to Charles Winne

I have put in a photo request for a while now and hoping to find Daniel & Mary Cole in the Broadalbin-Mayfield Rural Cemetery. Could you locate them for me, and post pictures on their memorials. I'm thinking they might be my 5 times great grandparents. Or let me know if you were unable to locate them.
|Michael Duffy||RE: Request for Tansfer of Peter Wyckoff Memorial|
Your GXXXXgrandfather Peter Wyckoff was mostly likely a descendant of Pieter Wyckoff, #101644689, the widely acknowledged progenitor of Wyckoffs in North America. I'm also a direct descendant of Pieter, which is why I'm curious about other Wyckoffs in western NY.
I'm transferring Peter to you. Edit/change/update the memorial to your satisfaction. Let me know if you would like to manage any of the other Wyckoffs from this particular branch of the Wyckoff tree that are currently under my management.
|Kathleen Clark||RE: Cornelia Fitzpatrick's Headstone|
I just transferred Cornelia. Happy to do so. Do you have further info on the Hoffman side? I'm trying to relate all South End families together and the Hoffmans are a large, confusing group. I would really appreciate anything you may have. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks.

You are most welcome. So good to hear it helped. I know how excited I get when I make a similar find.
|Patty Shreve||RE: Sowle-Paschal Memorials|
I'll need your contributor number. FYI - in the future, it's easier to use the "Edit" tab and send the request that way - it will include all the needed information. I'll await your number for the transfers.
The weird part about James being in that cemetery is that the survey of that cemetery was done in the mid 1990, 95 I think or 97 and the last name was Sowl
If I even get there, I'm going to go look and see if I can find it. It may have been a memorial

Okay, I've deleted James and Clarissa and I've transferred Arthur and Ellen to you as they are Sowles

I saw your message about the Sowle family and I also have questions. I found Clarissa Sowl and James Sowle both buried in the Galway Village Cemetery in Galway. In the 1850 census it lists James and Cynthia living with 2 nieces Emeline and Clarissa Chase
I made memorials for both James and Clarissa but very willing to remove them or have them changed to cenotaphs
What would you suggest
