|I am a native of San Diego, California. My mother is part of a large family that has lived in San Diego since the 1930s. I have lived in Boston, Los Angeles and in Europe. For the last 2 years I have been researching my genealogy and am just beginning to use resources beyond Ancestry.com. It is a pleasure to be a new member of Find A Grave. I live very near Mount Hope Cemetery, Greenwood Memorial Park, Holy Cross Cemetery and Cypress View Mausoleum.|

I fulfilled your photo request today for Anna Collins at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, in Riverside, CA. You wanted to know if there were other Collins family buried near her and yes, you hit the jackpot!
Anna P. Collins is buried in Section B, Block 41 of Evergreen Memorial. There are 10 other Collins members buried with her. There is just one monument, and its a very large and tall one, I added the photo to all of the Collins family pages here on Find A Grave.
Family members include:
1. Sarah Collins, born 1840, died 1927.
2. Louis W. Collins, born 1849, died 1922.
3. Mary A. Collins, born 1864, died 1959.
4. Annie B. Collins, birth year unknown, died 1889, aged 21 years.
5. W.S. Collins, born 1862, died 1952, (Husband of the above Annie).
6. Ethel C. Collins, born 1896, died 1975.
7. Ruth Collins Murphy, born 1894, died 1927.
8. Bonibel Collins Lakenan, born 1889, died 1955.
9. Lt. Wm. B. Collins, born 1918, died 1993.
10. Capt. William H. Collins, born 1896, died 1965.
Please note: Capt. William H. Collins is not only listed on the monument, but he also has a seperate flat headstone, right next to the monument. He is the only one who does. This monument has 4 sides, the side which faces North, doesnt get any sun, so the names were very hard to read as well as photograph. I got the best shots that I could, and added them all to the Collins memorials here on Find A Grave.
If you wish to contact me for any further assistance, please use the 'suggest a correction' feature on any of my memorials. I regret I had to disable my messages due to a few rude and abusive members.
Good luck in your research!

Thank you, Erik, for taking the picture of her marker. We returned to San Diego for her funeral but, because we no longer live there, we couldn't take the picture ourselves. Thank you again! If you find the need of a pic from Colorado Springs, I would be happy to comply!
