This grave is in Lot CG as well. No stone.
|Lori Stover||Eliza Jackson photo request|
The grave is unmarked lot CG is community graveyard aka pauper area. There are no markers in this area. However, in the book it listed a DOD/interment date of 1-5-1890. Sorry there isn't more.

All the markings are worn off the stone. It is the only stone standing in the abandoned grave yard. Record of those buried were recorded in a book in 1895 that was kept in the Chester County historic society. Some person stove that book, but not before an Ohio researcher copies some of the information. Originally, the stone only said "J A". You do not need to go back to Joseph for the DAR. Just go back to his son, Captain James Adams, of the Cumberland militia.

Hi Dana - there are literally hundreds and hundreds of descendants... please be more specific as to what info you would like and which specific Simmons you related to. Long Tom's daughter, Loucinda (Lucinda), was my third great grandmother.

Dana, if you look at the listing that I created for Joseph Adams, you will see a picture of the tombstone. There are only three stones left in the brush. Mary Pierotti

I added the photos for David and Eliza Adams that you requested.
|BjJ||Sarah Maxwell photo request|
Hi - you requested a photo for 8-yr-old Sarah in Oak Ridge cemetery. I found her obit and posted it, little that it is. She is buried in a section of all African-American folks and that is confirmed by her obituary. Sadly, there are many unmarked graves in this particular block and she appears to also not have a marker as I had previously photographed that entire Block and have no photo for her. If this is not the Sarah that you want, would you please remove the photo request? Thanks.

Oh, all I was wondering is if you want me to transfer your family members to you. Let me know if you'd like to maintain their memorials.
Noticed you posted for four more photos. I'll be getting those up today.
Eventually, I'll have the whole cemetery up.
PS -- saw that Stella has your Elmwood photo request taken care of. She's an awesome lady.
