Why do I do this? Walking through a cemetery is quite peaceful and helps me relax. With having a highly stressful job, the time I spend in cemeteries taking photographs allows me to get away for some solitude.
If you would like for me to transfer management of any of the memorials, feel free to send me a request. I would rather they be in the hands of loved ones so they have the freedom to add stories to the memorials. Please send the memorial number along with your request and I'll answer as soon as I am able.
The people being remembered on this site took care of us, they deserve to be taken care of by us in return.
Headstones at Goad Springs Cemetery Thank you for posting headstone photos on the memorials of George and Martha Johnson at Goad Springs Cemetery. You have posted that same photo to George's mother Jane (memorial 76961233). Please note that Jane does not appear on George & Martha's headstone; she has her own separate headstone.
John Bouche' Thank you sooo very much for this photo!!! I have put in some corrections, and dates, along with a link to his father and which then has his siblings, and I am excited to have his tombstone located! This is wonderful. Thank you again!! :)
TREAT, Sherman Pleasant Grove AR 96468642 Hello. I am a fellow volunteer here on Find A Grave. I am a big supporter of our veterans and I think they deserve to be honored upon every chance, including the small courtesy and recognition of having their military rank included in a visible way on their memorials. (In the fashion of adding their rank added via the drop-down box, so that it will appear in the title line of their memorial page)
Would you please consider my suggestion?
Thank you so much! I appreciate it. Best wishes for 2014.
Bell Baggett Bell Baggett in Goad Springs Cemetery. I would like your permission to post this headstone to a tree on Ancestry.com with credit to you. I am not related; but his is a project I am working. If not, I may be able to go there in a few days and take one. - dennis
