I am a wife, a Mother, a Grandma. Hubby was in the Air Force for 30 years so we lived all over the place, almost 20 years in Europe. Now we have settled down, Hubby has recently retired. I keep the house and take care of Hubby. Life is good. We both enjoy working on our family trees and that is how we found our way to findagrave.|

|Martin W Johnson||RE: Please remove your Carl Memorial or remove Fred from it they are Fred and Carl are brothers|
it is not my memorial. the no. 144036064 carl klopflesch is not a memorial i control. bottom of memorial has the creators name. the person has the fred & carl klopfleisch mixed up, which made me think it was frederick the civil war veteran. it is not. i sent a correction to the person & other information about the the carl klopfleisch, but it has not been changed.

|K Berry (KBC) & JGBC||Your family at Roosevelt Mem.|
My son & I photographed your families headstones this morning out at Roosevelt. We also created memorials for Hans Johnson and his wife Kate (Taarland) Johnson. I linked them and just transferred their memorials to you. I'll let you link Kate to the Taarland's. There was no date of death but it's hard to believe she's still alive as she would be 117. Who knows. Maybe you have some GREAT genes.
By the way, any image I photographed for you or that I transferred to you are yours. Use them as you please. Good luck on your genealogy.

So far as my moms death record statement - we just discseed, ignore it! Becuase although more labor intensive they can be obtained other ways for free (dont let the state sucker $30 out of you!)
|K Berry (KBC) & JGBC||Blake, Taarland|
Yes, we will absolutely photograph your grandfather's grave(L.Blake)at Roosevelt if you get the location. Thankfully, we live further then 10 min. away from Roosevelt. My son, JGBC, and I will help you out if we can. I'm sure he began to research as well but I see that Valora Catherine(Blake) McClintock, is at Inglewood Memorial. A far nicer cemetery (even father from us.) Perhaps your mother is there? Although you would need to contact them. I'd really recommend you obtain your mom's death certificate. It generally has the mortuary. Also if she was married to Albert at the time of her death (Last Residence:90302 Inglewood, Los Angeles,CA. Oct 1898-Dec 1974), I'd recommend you order his death certificate or if you are next of kin, his Department of Veterans Affairs BIRLS Death File. I checked the National Cemetery Admin. but didn't find him. Yet, there is a file for him on Ancestry.
She may be buried with him.
Let us know what you find. We'll do what we can to help. Good luck.
|Jeremy||Roosevelt memorial Park|
I found your request for your grandfather, but I thought I'd let you know some things. I'm in Southern CA about 10 minutes from there, all the local cemeteries get done, except Roosevelt. Their numbering system is bad the grounds aren't kept up, and its in a horrible area - this said we'd be happy to help you, but would like to get in and out as fast as possible. So: if you call Los Angeles • Gardena, California
310-329-1113 • and ask for the location of him and his daughter, and anyone else that MAY be there, and message me with it, then its highly possible we can fulfill your request.

You don't have to ask. I take the photos for others to use. But DO appreciate that you will give credit to me upon using them.

I would be more then happy to transfer Herbert and Sina. I have always felt that the people memorials should rest with family whenever possible. Thank you for your kind words and God bless.
