Thank you very much for providing the photograph of Clarence Robinsons headstone. THis will make such a nice addition to the family tree I am working on for my grandson and son-in-law.

RE: Felix Winningham
Hi, Chris! That would actually be the son of the one I was looking for!

I think we have a mess. :-( But I think I have fixed it thanks to you.

This memorial page was transferred to me by a man who sometimes listed 'facts' that weren't proven.

Here's what I did.

I have updated the page with the photo request. According to info I have (from other sources) the Felix Grundy Winningham who was born in 1840 did have a son named Felix Grundy. So the only problem is that now we don't know where the father was buried. You have proven that his SON is buried in Civil Bend.

The page with the photo request (Memorial 73831916) is now in the name/info of the son Felix Grundy and matches the info you found. Please do go ahead and upload the photo you have, since the memorial page is now representing the son.

I will continue to search regarding his father. These are not direct line ancestors for me, so it really won't affect my family tree.

If I've totally confused you, let me know. I was confused for a while on what happened! Thank you for helping to clear it up!!

Thank you!

Sharyl

Thank you so much for the updated grave photos for Bill & Elaine Strobridge at Riddle Cemetery. I haven't been able to get back to Riddle in over 5 years and have always wondered about this couple's tombstones. I appreciate your efforts and Happy Graving! Margie

Chris,

Thanks very much for all of the work you did trying to find this relative's marker. I'm sorry she isn't actually at this cemetery. I've removed my photo request so no one else has to duplicate your efforts. I've also emailed the person who created the memorial to see if they will move her out of this cemetery & maybe the two of us can do more research.

Again, thank you and I'm sorry to send you on a wild goose chase. I had no idea.

Anna

Newton
There are some other Newtons buried out there but they are scattered about. Still could be related though. Kinda like my family out there. I can get the names for you if you like. Just let me know. No problem at all.
