Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been retired since 2006, which is when I began researching my family history. I had the good fortune of connecting with a 4th cousin very early in my research. He is largely responsible for the success I have enjoyed in finding my ancestors. I am a member of the Huguenot Society of South Carolina and the Sons of the American Revolution. Through my DNA I have discovered I am 15% Scandinavian, which should not have been a surprise given the history of Europe. I hope to contact as many members of my family and see Find a Grave as a very valuable research tool.

RE: Samuel Harris
I didn't realize I made the photo request, so our paths must have crossed before?! I wonder if the cemetery office is on site. That would be too convenient.

RE: Samuel Harris
Hi Morton,

Thank you for your message. I would never charge a fee for going to a cemetery and taking photos; I absolutely love to do it. It's a very peaceful experience. Looking at Samuel's birth and death dates, it may be a very hard gravestone to find ( or read). I didn't check to see if you made a photo request for findagravers in the area. I can't say though that I am not willing to try.

RE: Amelia Dyas Harris
Thank you for letting me help in a small way to connect your grandmother.
I am willing to do photos in the LA area. I have been focused on Forest Lawn Glendale for a bit. Take care.

Poyas Memorials Transferred
Hello Mort: I believed I have transferred all the Poyas Memorials that I had under my control to you now! (14 Memorials). Welcome to Nice that you sponsered James Osgood Poyas Memorial. I need to do that for some of my key Ancestors!
