If I post a picture on Find A Grave it is free for you to use, just give credit where and when credit is due. I will try to find a monument any where around Brownwood, and will also do some minor research if possible. Be reasonable on request, for research, and pictures, I don't mind going to public cemeteries, private cemeteries or a different matter. Some private cemeteries were once public and have been bought by land owners, and they will file trespass charges, if you are caught on their land. I speak from experience! I will transfer anyone I have memorials for, and you are a relative, or a good friend, I don't own that memorial it belongs to the family. I do have some memorials for my family that I will not transfer. Please be a good volunteer for Find A Grave, and let's keep this a FREE forum. Please follow Find A Grave guidelines. Please don't duplicate memorials, just so you can claim management, if you ask for a transfer, and they don't want to transfer the memorial, ask the person to transfer temporary management to you, make corrections, add info, pictures or what ever and then return it to the person that transferred it to you. I know that is asking trust in someone that you may not know, but it is better than two, or three, and in some cases four memorials for the same person. When you are looking for a memorial on Find A Grave search the whole list names for that cemetery. Some good volunteer may have listed Grandma as Margaret May Smith, born 1910, died 1970, instead of May Margaret Smith, born 3 Feb 1910, and died 11 Jun 1970, just do a little looking before you add her memorial and then find out she already had one. I would bet most volunteers would rather transfer a memorial to a relative, than have a duplicate memorials to deal with. | |

 | Grover Cleveland Van Huss Thank you for the info for the memorial of Grover Cleveland Van Huss, and you kind remarks. If you know where his wife is buried I could add the link to her. I did a search and could not find her in Ok, but sometimes the widows remarried and additional measures are required. thanks so much for you assistance and being a part of Find A Grave.
