Permission to use photo
I am a Jacobs family researcher who has been researching this Jacobs group since 1998 and have collaborated with up to 16 other Jacobs family researchers who are also related, as am I.

I am requesting your permission to use your photo of the Headstone of Frances Caroline "Fannie" Maze Jacobs on my family tree at ancestry.

I give credit to the photographer or the person who places the photo on the memorial by name and by Find A Grave Member # to give credit where credit is due.

You and others reading here may want to know that Jacob, "Jake", Jacobs, the husband of Fannie, was named for his uncle, the Jacob Jacobs, brother to Samuel, who migrated to Southern Illinois from East Tennessee and to whom I am descended.

Thank you for considering my request.

RE: Ringeisen Family
Hi Jan,
I received this email from a cousin, who remembers or learned more about the area.
"Just a note to let you know that the Ringeisen Cemetery (Family plot) is on the property that
Jake and Lily Kohrmann owned/inherited. It is in a field down towards the river. Kohrmann's
sold the property to Hamilton's, then Crow bought it and I am not sure who owns it know.
Actually the property originally belonged to William (Willy) & Augusta (Schlottach). Lily was
their daughter."
Hope it is helpful.

Jan,
Thank you very much for photos of Wolking and Langenberg gravestones! Because of your photos, I was able to add inscriptions. Also, I note that as a member of Findagrave for only one month, you've taken six volunteer photos...two of which are for my requests. This is much appreciated. Welcome to Findagrave and please keep up your good deeds!
Sincerely,
Jane D
