I deleted the note. I have been mapping out the cemetery. (a lifetime job I think). I have to go out & retake every photo exactly in order. Anyway, those notes were added at the time I took the photos & are WAY more accurate than the cemetery records (which were done years ago but were not put on line until a month or 2 ago.) I have been putting together a list of corrections for the cemetery records but it's going to take forever. I've been working on a tiny portion of Block 1 for a week & have found at least a dozen records with incorrect locations. Dozens more have incorrect name, spelling, dates, etc. So it may not be a good idea to compare all the notes with the cemetery records, 'cos you'll end up with some incorrect info. ALSO, you can't believe how stupidly they numbered the graves. All around every block are swaths of graves running up & down & all around & they're designated with letters & numbers. You can tell they added blocks willy nilly, little bits at a time. And made plenty of mistakes recording it.

Each County in NC had a group listing all the cemeteries in their own county. You know how that work out ,,,, LOL they rename most cemetery with the oldest head stone. I have took too long of a break from Find a Grave. Most of the time if i found out in my research the real name of a cemetery i would have Find a Grave Change it or have the two names together. I have not did the research on this cemetery yet. In my research I put all the children to their parents and add information to the page. :-) I am so far behind now ... yep yep

I've posted the photo on your Rockafield memorial. Do you know for sure that Eugene's ashes are in Cavalry? I am meeting with Rodney J. Guthrie the Director of the Anatomical Gift Program at Wright State after September 22nd and I will know then the exact details of all donor remains. Eugene is probably not at Rackafield but if he is I will contact you to shuffle things around. All of my photos are public domain and I have that noted on my bio. Use anything that you find.

I am so sorry, but I accidentally deleted this Edit without making your suggested change, and now I can't access it. I'm so sorry! Please resend!

Go ahead & decline the edit for Alice. I don't have all my information here to find the correct document.

Wow.............you have done lots of work on this family! Happy to transfer the memorials to you, I know you will add to them.
|Lin McNamara||RE: Kerhoulas|
No need. They were my memorials and I like to send them off as complete as I can. BTW, I was able to get the pics and get back home before it got too hot. It's suppose to get to 109 today. It's already 97. Lin
