|Hope2Help||Henrietta Carter/Lewis connection|
Henrietta Carter is my dad's cousin.
Matilda Lewis is part of this family too. Are you related to this Lewis family. Can you help me?
|Deborah Reese||RE: Cyrus Judson Lewis|
Kim, I am so sorry for this delayed response. Health issues have interfered with our activity on this site. I am just beginning to get back "to my roots" so to speak. We are indeed kin. You can view our tree at tribalpages.com. The name of the tree is Lewis~Philpott Clan or you can simply do a search on Nathan or Cyrus. There are lots of blanks and I am sure errors. Please let me know if you can update.
I noticed an interesting thing in the ancestry you gave in this message. Your grandfather's middle name of Burris caught my eye. Recently, I viewed a photo request on this site at the Burris Cemetery which is located within 5 miles of my home here in Kentucky. The only names listed there are (4) Lewis'. Given names are all in my records but dates are 5-20 years off. I have no records indicating relatives in this area. Any connection that you can find? When weather permits we will scout the cemetery and take photos.
Another whimsical note...I have a niece named Kim Lewis. :)
|Shelley Stark||Isabella Brien Anderson|
Her Memorial number is 6824703.
I was wondering if I could get a better picture of her side of the headstone? On husbands side shows death date and year and how old he was on Isabella side I'm assuming it reads the same way, death date and how old. As you can tell in the photo of the close up for Isabella it cuts off after Anderson. Could help me with a better picture or know someone that could go to the cemetery, clean the junk off of it, maybe caulk it so we could see the bottom half where the age should read?
If you could help me I would appreciate it or know how I can locate someone who could help me. Thank You so much.

Whew! Sooner or later, I will learn to write. I think we have that name taken care of. Thank you!

No? There are two obituaries on his memorial page calling him Bennie. I would say it's likely he had a nickname, or his given name needs changing...

Thank-you for your response, Kim.
I would like to have my message added, with a link to my profile, in case someone out there may know more about Mary.

Oops...That's right... I sent the wrong info to the wrong recipient. Sorry.
Phelps Ralph Adams, their father, is Find A Grave Memorial# 102176732.
Agnes M (Hommon) Adams, their mother, is Find A Grave Memorial# 102176881.
Check out the Find-A-Grave Adams/Hommon memorials in Santa Cruz Memorial now.
Thank you for the correction! Glad to help!

Ha! Thanks for understanding... I'm swamped right now and I've gotten some of them done - but right now I gotta stop and go make some FUDGE. The beginnings of my mad rush to make Hanukkah and Christmas goodies for family and friends!
Hi Kim. I will get to your corrections when I can. But I do need to ask this: are these all relatives of yours?
|Beth in Colorado||Lincoln Tucker|
I have added Mr. Lincoln Tucker's wife and mother to his Memorial as you requested.
